Part concert, part message of hope, national safety advocate Elizabeth Smart spoke at Mesa Arts Center on Sept. 28. Proceeds went to Childhelp and Operation Underground Railroad, organizations fighting child abuse/trafficking. The event was sponsored by Rosevelt Sings.
