Donated dollars making a difference In Chandler
Nonprofit organizations require a few things to keep operations moving smoothly—they need passionate people to fulfill the mission and donor dollars to make it happen. Here are some programs making a positive impact in the community, and how they put a $100 donation to good use.
$100 to One Dog Arizona
One Dog Arizona gives dogs a second chance at living the life they deserve. Each animal rescued receives medical care, vaccinations, a microchip, and is spayed or neutered. When the animal is ready for a family, the program continues to support the adoption through its mandatory fear-free training program, which teaches dog parents how to communicate with their rescue pup. It has several programs geared towards keeping fur families together, and the One Dog food pantry program provides bags of dog food to families in need. It also offers low-cost dog behavior training.
