Food, glorious food 2

If you know me, then you know I’m a huge foodie. Like, the kind of person who may or may not stand in line for hours to get my hands on a cronut or a ramen burger or whatever is the latest buzzworthy food. What can I say, I’m a sucker—and not just for trendy food but also for really good, inventive, interesting, palate-bursting food. And the prettier it is, the better. I definitely eat with my eyes first.

So, being the way that I am, you can imagine how much fun I had putting this issue together. We visited a new local brewery that’s selling a killer burger (what’s better than salty beef and bread to wash down a cold, crisp IPA?). We spoke with a sommelier and had a great conversation about which local wines pair best with summer barbecue staples, sushi and Mexican food. We checked out a new restaurant on the Price Corridor that’s serving delicious food and cocktails all day long.
