February 2017 Around Town 3

A Smile Celebration

For her 8th birthday party, Chandler resident, Charlotte Gould, took 20 kids on a trolley ride around our beautiful city to throw kindness around like confetti with eight random acts of kindness. From handing out balloons to children at a park to delivering floral arrangements to a senior living center, Charlotte and her friends proved Kind is the New Cool. They delivered donuts to Chandler PD, wrote letters to deployed servicemen and left pennies by a fountain for strangers to stumble upon to make “free wishes,” among many other good deeds bestowed on the community that day.
